Theft: On April 1, at approximately 7:30 a.m., police received a report of a theft in the 6400 block of Ross Street. According to police, a woman’s license plate was stolen off of her car.
Theft: On March 30, at approximately 4 p.m., police received a report of a theft in the 300 block of Upsal Street. According to police, a vehicle was stolen from the block containing four “totes” with various children’s clothing and household items in them.
