Philly Pimp Says Where He Dumped Victim's Body Parts

Keith Tolbert accepted a pre-sentencing deal to reveal what happened to the rest of the body of a man he killed in 2013.

Days after pleading guilty in the 2013 murder of a ”john” he attempted to rob, a Philadelphia pimp has agreed to reveal what he did with the rest of the body after he and two of his prostitutes chopped it up and threw the torso in the Schuylkill, according to Philly.com.

Keith Tolbert, 35, told Philadelphia investigators to check the river for the head and remaining limbs of Francis Zarzycki, 40, a man he had lured to his apartment in August 2013 to have sex with two prostitutes, but attempted to rob him instead.

According to philly.com, Tolbert on Thursday pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and abuse of a corpse, killing Zarzycki while pressing down on his back while the prostitutes bound his hands with duct tape. He cut up the body with an ax and dumped the torso in the Schuylkill, where it was found a week later by a boater.

Before his sentencing hearing before Judge Scott O’Keefe, Tolbert spoke with the investigators and agreed to disclose what happened to the rest of the body. According to philly.com, Tolbert also read a statement in court to Zarzycki’s family, expressing regret over what happened. As a result of the deal, the agreed upon sentence will be 22 to 44 years in prison. O’Keefe will deliver the final sentence on May 1.
