The Trolley Car Diner   will give away free water ice on April 1, and owner Ken Weinstein insists it's not an April Fool's joke. "I'm sure people would rather have homemade Trolley Car water ice than practical jokes,'' said Trolley Car owner Ken Weinstein in a press release.  "Especially if it's free." Trolley Car has 10 flavors of water ice, including Mango, Black Cherry, Lemon and Grape.  The Trolley Car also carries 16 flavors of ice cream ice creams, sundaes, gelatis, milkshakes, pretzels, nachos, banana splits, root beer floats and more. ''We've done this event for 10 years now, and every year more and more people come out," said Weinstein in a press release.
