A woman returned to her home after a few days away on the 400 block of East Pleasant Street on May 7, to discover her home had been burglarized. Burglars entered the home after they forced open a dining room window, police said. A witness told police that three men left the scene in a U-Haul moving truck. Police value the stolen items at more than $1,700, and they include a laptop, 50-inch television and a 32-inch television.
