Woman's Phone Snatched from Her on the Bus, Police Say

A man also takes a cellphone from Rite Aid.

Theft: On March 7, at approximately 10:16 a.m., police received a report of a theft near the intersection of Stenton Avenue and East Cliveden Street.  According to police a woman was using her phone on the bus.  She finished using it, and it was snatched from her hand by a man who then immediately exited the bus.

Theft: On March 6, at approximately 3:13 p.m., police received a report of a theft at the Rite Aid located at 6201 Germantown Ave.  According to police, a man was observed placing items into his jacket.  Items included a prepaid cell phone and a set of stereo ear buds.
