Theft: On April 8, at approximately 1:12 a.m., police observed a woman try to enter an unmarked police car.  While trying to detain her, the female resisted, police say, causing the left mirror on the driver's side of the vehicle to break off. Theft: On April 8, at approximately 6:25 a.m., police received a report of a theft in the 7100 block of Germantown Avenue.  According to police, a woman's iPhone was stolen from her gym bag.  Police say the bag was inside a locker without a lock when the phone was taken.
