The fast-casual restaurant chain serves premium burgers, hot dogs, crinkle-cut fries, shakes, and frozen custard, along with beer and wine. It started as a hot dog cart in New York City's Madison Square Park in 2001 and is now a multinational company known for its high-quality and made-to-order food.
