Dauphin County woman accused of killing 10-month-old, endangering 2 year-old (local21news.com) — A Dauphin County woman has been charged after a 10-month-old died in August, with investigators alleging her actions also endangered a 2-year-old. State Police say the infant was found unresponsive in Wiconisco Township and later pronounced dead at a Harrodsburg hospital, and the investigation remains open.
   

2. State Police trooper involved in two-vehicle crash while responding to report of separate crash (fox43.com) — A state trooper responding to a crash in Middle Paxton Township slid on ice and rear-ended an SUV at Red Hill and Gap View roads in Dauphin County on Dec. 10. No injuries are mentioned, but the incident highlights hazardous conditions on that local bridge and intersection during winter weather.
   

3. Two $50,000-winning Millionaire Raffle tickets sold at Central PA retailers (fox43.com) — If you bought a New Year’s Millionaire Raffle ticket at the GIANT in South Hanover Township, Dauphin County, you might be holding a $50,000 winner. The Pennsylvania Lottery says one local ticket and another from Loganville in York County were drawn from more than 57,000 entries, and winners must claim in person at a Lottery office.
   

4. ‘It's never easy': Lancaster County bank closing branches in Dauphin, Cumberland counties (pennlive.com) — Fulton Bank customers in Dauphin County should prepare for two nearby branch closures this February, with Hershey’s Cocoa Avenue location consolidating into Hummelstown. Mechanicsburg-area customers will also see their Silver Spring Commons branch move to Camp Hill, as the Lancaster-based bank shifts resources toward digital banking while maintaining six branches across Dauphin and Cumberland counties.
