• Valley man charged with burglary after incident at Donora factory (monvalleyindependent.com) — A former employee is accused of breaking into a Donora chocolate factory at Donora Industrial Park and damaging tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of ingredients. Police say surveillance footage shows the Monessen man re-entering after being fired and disguising himself with work clothes. Charges were filed by Donora police, and the case is now before a local district judge.
