Brookline Woman Unhappy With Mazza Pavillion

The tenant with multiple sclerosis has a number of complaints about the building.

A Brookline woman living with multiple sclerosis contacted WPXI to voice her complaints about the Mazza Pavillion, a low-income senior high-rise that is supposed to provide accessibility for its residents.

Cindy Gelnette, who depends on a motorized wheelchair to get around, told the TV news reporter that there have been several times that the elevators were not working, forcing her to cancel doctor appointments.

She also said she's been hit by the doors because there is not enough time to get inside after swiping her access card and she's unable to use the laundry machines.
