Car Hits Stroller in Brookline, No Injuries

A car hit a 6-month-old in a stroller Monday night in Brookline.

No injuries were reported after a car hit a 6-month-old child in a stroller as a family crossed a Brookline street Monday evening, WPXI and KDKA report.

A couple were pushing their two children in separate strollers across Woodbourne Avenue at the Pioneer Avenue intersection when a driver turning onto Woodbourne hit the jogging stroller carrying the baby.

The accident happened around 8 p.m. on Monday.

The driver told KDKA that because it was dark outside, he didn't see the stroller until it was too late. Police questioned the driver, but no charges were filed.
