Stinner has more than eight years of experience in municipal management and 12 years in public service, including serving as a U.S. House congressional district manager. He mostly recently served in municipal management roles in Jefferson Hills and Blawnox.

Said Stinner: “There is no other community in Allegheny County I would rather manage. I’m excited to get to work making the community a better place than it already is.”
