He was cleared on prostitution charges.

A former Pittsburgh police officer from Brookline was convicted this week of dealing drugs, but cleared of promoting prostitution.
An Allegheny County jury found Michael Johns, 45, guilty on eight of 17 counts, including attempted insurance fraud, possession with intent to deliver heroin, obstruction, official oppression and making false reports, according to WTAE.
He was found not guilty of promoting prostitution, drug offenses, theft charges, criminal use of a communications facility and making false statements to authorities, according to the Tribune Review.

In April of that year, Brentwood police stopped a man driving a Cadillac rented in Johns' name that police said contained drug and sexual paraphernalia.
