KO Board Approves Summer Athletic Coaches
A roundup of items voted on at the June 28 school board meeting.

At its June 28 meeting, the School Board voted on a number if items, including several that pertained to athletic positions.
Several coaches were approved to work during the summer and pre-season at the rate of $20 per hour. All hours must be pre-approved by both the building principal and the Director of Fiscal Services. The coaches are:
- Baseball: Scott Crimone, Bill Theobald, Matthew Sloan, Scott Morrison.
- Boys Basketball: Gene Mercuri.
- Girls Basketball: Nikki Presto.
- Cross Country: Erin Wright, Judi Fritz, Kaitlin Yasko.
- Football: Matthew Taylor, Jeff Seig, Steve McCormick, Joseph Klipa, and four newly hired coaches.
- Golf: Shane Rice.
- Boys Soccer: Mike Gardner.
- Girls Soccer: Frank Accetta.
- Softball: Mark Kaminski.
- Tennis: David Bender.
- Wrestling: J.J. Zanetta.
- Volleyball: John Hoffman, Hope Muno, Ben Van Balen.
The following individuals were approved as football coaches, pending receipt of legal documents and clearances:

- Rob Bennett and Ryan Tempalski, assistant coaches.
- Jim Donahue, freshmen coach.
- Tom Burchett, assistant freshmen coach.
- Dennis Sarchet, middle school coach.
The next Keystone Oaks School Board meeting will be Aug. 23 at 7 p.m. in the board room at Keystone Oaks High School.
