KO Student Wins KDKA Extra Effort Award
The award presentation will be shown on KDKA today, Thursday.
The award presentation honoring the fourth Keystone Oaks student to win a KDKA extra effort award will air on KDKA today, Thursday, during the 6 p.m. sports segment.
Makenzie Kunig, a senior volleyball player, received the Allegheny Sports Medicine KDKA Extra Effort Award at the end of September.
Kunig is ranked No. 1 in her class, and has a 4.3 grade point average. She also is a Junior Council Member for Castle Shannon Borough.
