Popular Brookline Club Hit With Consumer Alert
The Allegheny County Health Department issued the alert following a recent inspection.

BROOKLINE, PA — The Allegheny County Health Department has issued a consumer alert for the Insomnia Club & Banquet Hall on Brookline Boulevard.
A health department inspection this week found "live and dead roaches too numerous to count" in the club's kitchen.
The kitchen also has a blocked hand sink that prevents employees from washing their hands. The basement bar has no hand sink, and bug spray was present at the bar.

Food in a cooler had a temperature of 57 degrees. Food must be stored at a temperature of 41 degrees or lower.
The club remains open while the alert is in effect.
