• Police responded to the parking lot behind on West Liberty Avenue at 1:20 a.m. for a report of a man lying on the ground. Thomas Philipps, 25, of Ohio, was arrested for public intoxication.

July 30

• Police responded to the 1200 block of Arkansas Avenue at 10:27 a.m. for a report of a neighbor dispute. Wayne Falgiani, 60, Dormont, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Aug. 3

• Police were called after someone found a man sleeping in an alley behind on Potomac Avenue at 1:51 a.m. Nicholas Foster, 35, of Mt. Lebanon was charged with public intoxication.
