SWAT Team Responds to Brookline Home

One man is in custody after a standoff on Plainview Ave. on Saturday night.

A man is in custody after a SWAT team was called to a Brookline home Saturday evening, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

According to the Post-Gazette, Pittsburgh police were called to a home in the 2000 block of Plainview Avenue near Capital Avenue around 7 p.m. for a report that a man had assaulted his brother with a gun.

The man surrendered and was taken into custody.
