Traffic Alert: Whited St. & Saw Mill Run Blvd.

A traffic accident has been reported at the intersection of Whited Street and Saw Mill Run Boulevard, at the border of Pittsburgh neighborhoods Brookline and Carrick.

According to the U.S. Emergency Alerts Twitter feed, @USEmergAlerts, one person was injured in a head-on collision near the intersection. Emergency crews are on scene.

U.S. Emergency Alerts reported the accident just before 9:30 a.m.

Drivers are advised to use caution when traveling through the area.
