Due to harsh weather conditions across the area, the Keystone Oaks School District will observe a two-hour delay with a modified kindergarten scheduled on Monday, March 25.
There was heavy snowfall overnight, however, the National Weather Service cancelled the winter storm warning Monday morning. A winter weather advisory remains in effect until 2 p.m. as snow will begin to diminish.
