DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — The new multi-million-dollar luxury apartment complex at 333 North Broad Street will celebrate its grand opening on Thursday, April 3 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Guests are invited to sip and savor complimentary drinks and bites from local eateries, tour one-of-a-kind apartments, enjoy the vibe with music spun by a local DJ, experience spectacular views from the rooftop deck and bar area and explore exclusive pop-ups vendors.

“Everyone is invited to come out, have some food and drinks and be part of an unforgettable evening of luxury, community, and celebration,” said David Della Porta, a partner with Villanova-based Cornerstone Tracy, the developer of 333 North Broad Street.

“It’s just a wonderful location that’s very walkable and very centralized to just about everything. And
it’s a large enough site that we were able to do something really nice with some great amenities,” said Della Porta. “With this project we have raised the bar to the highest level we have ever accomplished.

“Just looking at the architecture, I think you’ll see that we really tried to stay with the historic nature of the borough," said Della Porta. "When you see the quality we have here both inside and outside and the type of amenities we have, I thnk we have taken it to the next level. It’s the best thing we’ve ever done.”

Della Porta compares life at 333 North Broad to living in a small, boutique, resort hotel. “We offer all the same amenities and services that you would find at a boutique hotel. It just happens to be every day living where you work. It’s the best of all worlds.”

In addition to the apartments, the two building complex houses numerous amenities and common areas including a library, private dining areas, a Great Room and bar area, a media center, golf simulators, a full fitness center, along with two courtyards - one featuring active recreation including a swimming pool and grilling station and one designed as more of a quiet zone with outdoor landscaping and seating.

The top floor features a rooftop deck including a bar and dining area and sporting “some spectacular views of the borough.”

“A lot has changed in the apartment industry over the years. These are not your grandfather’s small, dark apartment units," said Della Porta. "These are beautiful. They are the same size and quality as the condos we do. They just happen to be for rent.

"Our target market is everyone," said Della Porta. "We’re looking at young professionals just out of college in their 20s through empty-nesters to even older folks in their 80s and 90s who want to live independently. We have the full gamut of demographics - young, old, all different income levels. It’s a wonderful environment. The only demographic we don’t see a lot of are young families with children because they are looking for the backyard for the kids to play. They are looking for more space.”

In addition to luxury daily living, the complex is bringing another 10,000 square feet of retail space to the borough, mostly along Atkinson Drive but wrapping around onto North Broad Street.

“We’re talking to restaurants, coffee shops, retail and spa-type of uses,” said Della Porta. “We don’t have anything to announce yet, but we are talking to a number of folks. We’re considering all types of retail and restaurant uses that would be an amenity to the project.”
