Pictures With Santa & Holiday Fun

Location: Newtown Brewing Company, 103 Penns Trail, Newtown
Sip on some eggnog while listening to some holiday tunes from local sensation Ryan Sab, with the “big man” around to take some pictures from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. A food truck from LunchBoxxx will be on the scene, too!

2021 Winter Solstice Walk
Time: Saturday, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Location: Bowmans Hill Wildflower Preserve, 1112 River Road, Washington Crossing
Celebrate the longest night of the year—the winter solstice— a few days early with a Preserve naturalist-guided stroll. In preparation for one of nature’s most culturally significant events, known globally as the return of light, trail-goers will enjoy this winter setting with a walk on the trails while the sun is lowest in the sky. Time: Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Location: J. McLaughlin, 200 South State St, Newtown
Fifteen percent of sales from this fundraiser and shopping event with refreshments at the local women’s clothing store will support the Villa Joseph Marie Parent’s Guild. The store also offers curbside pickup and complimentary gift wrap and shipping.

You & Me Gingerbread House Decorating
Time: Saturday
Location: Silly Spoons LLC, 408 S State St #4, Newtown
This fun class available to kids as young as 3 and up (with an adult) will run at 10 a.m., 12 p.m., and 2 p.m. Come decorate and celebrate the holidays! More info is available at the link.

Never Enough Holiday Fun At Sparky’s
Time: Saturday, 9:30 p.m.
Location: Sparky’s Bar, 4329 New Falls Rd, Levittown
The local band will be “rocking some holiday cheer” this weekend at Sparky’s.
