Anthony Bourdain’s Legendary Fixer To Host Exclusive Dinner Event In Lahaska

Guests will enjoy a globally inspired, four-course dinner paired with Zamir's unforgettable stories of traveling the world with Bourdain.

LAHASKA, PA — Fans of the late Anthony Bourdain will have a rare opportunity to connect with his longtime fixer, travel companion, and dear friend, Zamir Gotta, at a special one-night-only event at Caleb’s American Kitchen in Lahaska.

The evening, titled “Table Talk with Zamir Gotta,” will take place on Friday, October 10, from 6 to 9 p.m. Guests will enjoy a globally inspired, four-course dinner paired with Zamir’s unforgettable stories of traveling the world with Bourdain, as well as a signed hardcover copy of his five-star memoir, "The Fixer & the Chef: My Adventures With and Without Anthony Bourdain."

Highlighting the event will be a four-course dinner crafted by Chef Caleb and his team and inspired by Zamir and Bourdain’s travels; Zamir’s traditional “Peace & Love” vodka toast (complimentary); a personally signed copy of Zamir’s bestselling memoir; and behind-the-scenes stories from Zamir’s years of globe-trotting with Bourdain, including episodes filmed in Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and American cities like Detroit, Buffalo, and Kansas City.

“Anthony believed that food was about more than what’s on the plate — it was about people, culture, and connection,” said Zamir Gotta. “This evening is about honoring that vision — sharing food, stories, and friendship.”

The event is expected to sell out quickly. Tickets are priced at $80 per person and include the four-course meal, complimentary vodka toast, and signed book.

Zamir Gotta is an international storyteller, cultural bridge-builder, and producer best known as Anthony Bourdain’s close friend and fixer. He appeared in multiple episodes of "No Reservations" and "Parts Unknown," guiding Bourdain through Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and more. His memoir, "The Fixer & the Chef: My Adventures With and Without Anthony Bourdain," is a five-star rated bestseller.

Caleb’s American Kitchen, located in Lahaska, is a popular New American BYO restaurant known for its inventive menus, welcoming atmosphere, and commitment to showcasing local flavors. Founded by Chef Caleb Lentchner, the restaurant has become a Bucks County favorite for food lovers.
