Find Out Why Warrington's First Responders Are Battling Over Blood
This spring, the township's police and firefighters will be competing to see who can recruit the largest number of blood donors.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — When Warrington's first responders take part in the "Battle of the Badges" in May, it won't be about spilling blood, but rather collecting it.
Between now and the end of May, the Warrington Police Department and the Warrington Fire Department will be competing to see who can recruit the largest number of blood donors for a Red Cross Community Blood Drive in May.
The blood drive is scheduled to take place on May 29 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Warrington Fire Company, 2310 Freedoms Way. For more information or to make an appointment to donate in support of the fire company or the police department, call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) or sign up online at redcrossblood.org with sponsor code bbwarrington.
