Bucks Co. Teacher Took Upskirt Photos, Posed Naked At School: DA

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — A Bucks County teacher accused of taking "upskirt" photos of female students and posing naked inside the school building has been charged with invasion of privacy and indecent exposure, the District Attorney said.

Francis James Reppert Jr., 26, a former Palisades High School math teacher, was arraigned Thursday. Reppert was charged after Pennsylvania State Police found the photos on his personal iPhone and a school-issued iPad.

The photos were taken from underneath Reppert’s desk and depicted three female students, according to information from the Bucks County District Attorney's office.

Investigators also recovered photos of Reppert exposing his penis inside the high school, including one that showed him "entirely naked" in front of a whiteboard with pornographic text written on it, authorities said.

The police investigation began in October, after a student captured a video of Reppert, who was also a school tennis coach, zooming in on a photo of what appeared to be a student’s legs.

Reppert admitted to State Police troopers he took photos of the victim and intended to masturbate to them, the DA said.

Reppert had been suspended since October and was fired in December.
