Bucks County Designer House Opens Hidden Trail Farm For Tours
The property in Northampton is open through May 25 with proceeds supporting the Doylestown Hospital Foundation.

NORTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — The public has a rare opportunity this spring to visit a 14-acre Bucks County farm, including its 5,000 square foot farmhouse dating to 1721 and a custom-designed chalet built in 1992.
This year's Bucks County Designer House and Gardens - Hidden Trail Farm on Almshouse Road in Northampton Township - is open for public tours through May 25 with proceeds benefiting the Doylestown Health Foundation and the charitable missions of the Village Improvement Association.
The property has a long and storied past. At its center is the 5,000 square foot farmhouse featuring a welcoming porch, three fireplaces, six bedrooms and numerous gathering and entertaining spaces. The property also includes an impressive custom-designed chalet built in 1992 with an open, multi-story living area and loft and two additional bedrooms.

A recently renovated pool and patio area includes a large-screened-in gazebo and stunning Koi pond with waterfall, providing "spectacular outdoor living space."
The house and chalet feature 35 separate design spaces created by a talented team of 22 designers. In addition, seven landscapers have created multiple garden and outdoor living areas.
An on-site cafe, featuring light fare from McCaffrey's and wine from Old York Cellars, is housed in the property's barn, which also hosts eight boutiques selling jewelry, clothing, hats, home decor items and more.
The property is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. It will be closed on Mondays. Tickets, priced at $45 ($40 for seniors 62+) may be purchased online or at the door. Tickets purchased online can be used any day the house is open. They can be ordered by clicking here.
Parking for the house tours is at the Richboro Swim Club, located at 750 Second Street Pike,
Richboro, 18954. Shuttles will run continuously between the Swim Club and the Designer House property.
