Warrell has conceded in the race on his Facebook page.

"First and foremost, I want to thank everyone that supported, helped and gave encouragement and praise the last few weeks, months and years," Warrell said. "Obviously, this was not the outcome which we had hoped for, but it is what it is. I will take a short time to process all of this and go over some ideas and review possible plans and directions. It has been and continues to be my greatest Honor to Serve the people of Bucks County as Your Sheriff."
