Mrs. Girardi is a champion for students, and she shares a personal passion for learning with her colleagues and every class she teaches. Mrs. Girardi loves teaching and learning, and consistently seeks unique and innovative opportunities to broaden the scope of what her students experience. She is committed to bringing out the best in her students, and puts a great deal of thought and personal care into every lesson. Mrs. Girardi sees each student as an individual, and seeks the optimal way to teach that highlights each student's talents. Middle school years, for students, can be fraught with change and growing pains. Mrs. Girardi makes it a point to reach each student at their level, and validate their ideas, thinking, and personhood. Mrs. Girardi is a teacher hero, who quietly supports excellence in teaching, and who represents the very best that any teacher could aspire to.
