Crews Fighting House Fire Wednesday Afternoon In Plumstead Twp.

PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP, PA — The Plumsteadville and Point Pleasant fire departments are working to put out a house fire Wednesday afternoon in Plumstead Township, according to officials.

Plumstead Township police issued an alert around 1 p.m. Wednesday urging drivers to avoid the area if possible. The fire was reported in the 5900 block of Schlentz Hill Road, near its intersection with Stump Road in the township.
