Delaware Valley University Seeks New Tenant For Market At DelVal
The Market at DelVal was previously run by Shady Brook Farm, which vacated the space due to COVID-19 restrictions.

DOYLESTOWN, PA —Delaware Valley University is seeking a new tenant for the space that once housed The Market at Delval.
The university has hired Equity Retail Brokers, of Plymouth Meeting, to find an appropriate suitor for the space at 2100 Lower State Road in Doylestown.
Shady Brook Farm, of Yardley, vacated the space on August 15, citing COVID-19 operating restrictions. Farm president Paul Fleming said the added difficulties of running a specialty foods and garden center made it impossible for the business to continue serving the public.

Located at the intersection of Lower State Road and Farm View Road, the space can support a range of business types and provide opportunities to partner with the university, college officials said.
“Our goal is to find an appropriate partner for DelVal and our surrounding community,” Cheryl Moyer, interim vice president for finance and administration, said in a news release. “We’re fortunate that Equity Retail Brokers, one of the premier retail real estate brokerages in Greater Philadelphia, is working with us to help achieve that goal.”
