Doylestown 5K Race Set For Saturday: Road Closures In Effect

DOYLESTOWN, PA — The annual Doylestown 5K Race will be held Saturday, causing road closures in the borough from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The affected streets are:

- East State Street (Printers Alley to Maple Avenue)
- Maple Avenue (State to East)
- East Street (Maple to Linden)
- Linden Avenue (Maple to Creek)
- Creek Drive (Linden to Forest)
- Forest Drive (Creek to Hickory)
- Hickory Drive (Forest to Chestnut)
- Chestnut Drive (Hickory to Swamp)

The 1 mile fun run takes place at 9 a.m. and is perfect for beginners, young runners or runners warming up for the 5K race. Registration is $15 and is online only this year.

Proceeds from the Doylestown 5K Race benefit two non-profit organizations: Doylestown Business and Community Alliance DBA Discover Doylestown and Our Lady of Mount Carmel School.
