Doylestown Bank Teller Stole Thousands From Customers: Police

An employee at the PNC Bank in Doylestown was arrested Wednesday and charged with stealing thousands from customer accounts, police said.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — An employee at the PNC Bank in Doylestown Borough was arrested Wednesday and charged with stealing thousands from customer accounts, police said.

According to Central Bucks Regional Police, Levittown resident Heather L. Radhi, 38, has been charged with forgery, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property after police said she stole $17,900 from customer accounts.

The thefts occurred through unauthorized withdrawals from customer accounts from January through April 2019 at the branch on N. Main Street, police said. Individual withdrawal amounts ranged from $1,900 to $3,000 per customer.

Police said an audit revealed a $2,000 shortage in Radhi's teller drawer during the same time period.

She was arraigned and released on $100,000 unsecured bail with restrictions.
