At the heart of the Doylestown-centric playground is a replica of Henry Mercer’s landmark Fonthill Castle.

The playground equipment is all custom-made to capture the spirit of Doylestown. It features a castle, tree trunk slide, storytelling space, a we-go-round, and more.

The playground will be fully accessible, fenced, and will include a number of sensory-friendly elements.

The borough received three legacy grants in support of the playground. They were generously donated by Chris and Whitney Chandor, Matt and Lisa Peruto Broad and Carolyn and Curtis Cowgill.
