Doylestown Crime Log: Terroristic Threats, Disorderly Conduct

The following recent incidents were reported by Central Bucks Regional Police Department. Charges are allegations, not convictions.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — The following recent incidents were recently reported by Central Bucks Regional Police Department. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • Terroristic Threats, Harassment Arrest, Jan. 2, 2021, Chalfont Borough - Timothy Joseph Whittaker, M/54, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested with the above offenses following text and e-mail threats to the victim. Whittaker was arraigned, bail $50,000 unsecured with bail restrictions.
  • Controlled Substance Violation Arrest, Jan. 3, 2021, N. Shady Retreat Road and Iron Hill Road, New Britain Borough – Ronald W. Page, M/43, of New Britain, PA, was arrested for the above offense and four other charges when police observed Page operating a vehicle above the speed limit and without a mandated ignition interlock system and in possession of drugs and paraphernalia. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
  • Retail Theft Arrest, Jan. 19, 2021, 480 N. Main Street (Acme Market), Doylestown Borough – Shawn Eugene Kirby, M/29, of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police responded for theft of guacamole dip, veggies and other items. Kirby hid these items in his hat and left the store. Police located Kirby nearby. A Citation has been filed.
  • Harassment Arrest, Jan. 13, 2021, Belmont Square, Doylestown Borough – Joshua Michael Koenig, M/34, of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense after police responded to a domestic incident. A citation has been filed.
  • Public Drunkenness Arrest, Jan. 15, 2021, tens block of N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Kyle Osing, M/22, of North Wales, PA, was arrested for the above offense when police observed Osing stumble and step into a lane of traffic. Osing presented as intoxicated and a danger to himself. A Citation has been filed.
  • DUI Arrest, Jan. 17, 2021, S. West Street and Squirrel Lane, Doylestown Borough – Sean Pfeiffer, M/33, of Jamison, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police responded to a traffic accident with no occupant in the vehicle. Police located Pfeiffer and an eyewitness confirmed Pfeiffer as the driver. Pfeiffer presented with an odor of alcohol. Field sobriety testing was administered and failed followed by Pfieffer refusal of blood draw at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
  • Criminal Trespass Arrest, Jan. 22, 2021, 339 S. Main Street (Wawa), Doylestown Borough – Travis Cornell Saunders, M/36, of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested for the above offense when police responded for an unruly male refusing to leave the store. A Citation has been filed.
  • DUI Arrest, Jan. 24, 2021, 500 block N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – Eric D. York, M/40, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense following police response to a traffic accident. York presented with bloodshot and glassy eyes, slurred speech and was lethargic. Field sobriety testing was administered and failed followed by blood draw at Doylestown Hospital. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
  • Public Drunkenness Arrest, Jan.24, 2021, Chapman Avenue and Center Street, Doylestown Borough – Robert Esswein, m/24, of Doylestown, PA, was charged with the above offense following police response to a physical altercation. A Citation has been filed.
  • Drug Violation Arrest, Jan. 26, 2021, 400 block Swamp Road, Doylestown Borough – Matthew Paul Prieto, M/23, of Doylestown, PA, was arrested for the above offense after police stopped the vehicle for registration showing no registered owner. Prieto was in possession of illegal substance and drug paraphernalia. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
  • Aggravated Assault (2 counts) Arrest, Jan. 27, 2021, 70 Old Dublin Pike (Regency Woods), Doylestown Borough – Donald E. Highland, M/58, of Doylestown Borough, PA, was arrested for the above offense and four other charges after attacking his roommate causing serious bodily harm. The victim presented with numerous visible lacerations to his head, neck, throat and arms and required immediate transport to Abington Hospital for trauma treatment and surgery. There was no argument prior to the attack, however, Highland stated he was upset with earlier comments the victim had made. Bucks County Detectives were on scene to assist in the investigation and processing of the crime scene. Highland was arraigned before Judge Armitage, bail set at 10% of $75,000 secured with bail restrictions and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
