Main St. Raises $130K In 2025 For Bucks County Cancer Community
Now in its eighth year, the Doylestown-based nonprofit has raised and donated more than $830,000.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Doylestown-based Main St. Missions raised a record $130,000 in 2025 for the Bucks County breast cancer community, the nonprofit has announced.
The experience-based, community-driven nonprofit, working in cooperation with six Bucks County communities and three business and shopping destinations, raised the funds during breast cancer awareness month through highly-successful community events, sponsorships and fundraisers.
In 2025, the nonprofit was propelled to success by events and fundraisers in Newtown, Carversville, Doylestown, Yardley, Peddler’s Village, Perkasie, New Hope, Shops at Valley Square, and Thompsonville (Thompson car dealerships).

“Our family-run non-profit is rooted right here in Bucks County, and the care and welfare of our local community is, and always will be, our number one priority," said Main St. co-founders Keith and Kristina Fenimore of Doylestown. "The work we do for our breast cancer community alongside our amazing partners and sponsors has benefitted thousands across Bucks County. We are so grateful to be able to support our community in this meaningful way. ”
Over the last eight years, the family-run non-profit has donated just over $830,000, which has helped more than 3000 local breast cancer patients in treatment and recovery across Bucks County.

The funds generated by Main St. will continue to support impactful programs including:
- Cold-capping
- Out-of-pocket expense relief (paying a patient’s household bills)
- Integrative Services through Kin Wellness and Support Center and Unite for Her
- Home food delivery
- Comfort ‘care bags’ for newly diagnosed patients
- Treatment transportation
- Wig program, mammography pads, radiation wraps and lymphedema sleeves
- The purchase of new state-of-the-art infusion chairs at Fox Chase Cancer Center Buckingham and Penn/Health Doylestown Cancer Institute.
- Sound system for the cancer facility at Fox Chase Buckingham used during radiation treatments.
The Bucks County based recipients of this year’s fundraising efforts are Fox Chase Cancer Center Buckingham, St. Lukes/Grand View Hospital, Kin Wellness and Support Center, Penn Health Doylestown Cancer Institute and Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic St. Mary Cancer Center.
Main St. was the recipient of just over $100,000 from the Mr. Bucks County Competition won by builder, David Martin. The event was spearheaded by Main St.’s Presenting Sponsor Gina-Maria Santoro, owner of Giovanni’s Fine Fashions.
