Doylestown Dad 'Was Built To Be A Comedian,' Daughter Says

DOYLESTOWN, PA— Father's Day is the perfect time to give a big thanks to all the dads who put smiles on our faces. Doylestown, meet Harry.

If you know a dad who sends sweet, silly or thoughtful texts your way, you’re pretty lucky. Texts from Dad have a way of putting a smile on our faces — and this Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the fathers behind the phones!

What makes your dad extra special?

My dad has such a young spirit that oftentimes he has more energy than I do. He was built to be a comedian, and everything he does is funny — from his comments to his mannerisms and even to the way he laughs.

Why do you feel your dad deserves the spotlight?

My dad deserves the spotlight because he is constantly looking for ways to make his family feel special. He helps us with tasks when he sees we are overwhelmed and is great at reassuring people to make them feel better. Because of this, I feel that this would be a great way to tell him thank you for being such a great father. He would also find it very funny to see himself in the Patch (we already call him a local celebrity so this would add to his excitement).
