Doylestown Group Needs Partners, Toys For Winter Bag Program
Dawn Haaz, of Girls Empowered, is looking to partner with local businesses to help donate winter activity bags to youth in the community.
DOYLESTOWN, PA — With the holiday season around the corner, local nonprofits and charitable organizations are working harder than ever to meet fundraising goals and, more importantly, the needs of the community.
Dawn Haaz, founder of Girls Empowered, is partnering with Bucks County Children and Youth and several local businesses to provide winter bags filled with activities for youth in grades K-6.
Her nonprofit organization, which holds workshops, programs and summer camps to empower girls in the community, is looking for donated items to include, but not limited to: new books, puzzles, board games, card games, arts and crafts supplies, Lego sets, building activities and baking mixes.
