DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Bucks County Department of Health recorded violations at six bars and restaurants in Doylestown from Dec. 1 through Dec. 15.

Acme Market, 2 violations: Deli island not holding food at safe temperature; gaskets on walk-in produce case in poor repair

Lilly's Geronimo Brewing Co., 2 violations: Chicken in prep area and cheese on ice is not being held at safe temperature; deli meats and other ready to eat foods not being date marked as required

Roman Delight, 4 violations: Food workers not wearing hair restraints as required; to-go containers being stored with food contact surface up; counter at pizza area is in poor repair; areas under equipment, wire shelves and walls behind back prep area are soiled

Turning Point of Doylestown, 1 violation: Chemical sanitizer used for ware washing not meeting required ammonia levels

Uptowne Deli & Pizzeria, 3 violations: No paper towels at hand wash sink in back prep area; food items stored uncovered in freezer unit and prep area; several cutting boards not in good condition
