Doylestown Hospital Opens Drive-Thru Coronavirus Test Site

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Doylestown Hospital has a drive-thru COVID-19 test site as of Tuesday.

To schedule a test, a patient needs an order for COVID-19 testing from a primary care physician who is a member of the Doylestown Hospital Medical Staff. From there, your doctor’s office will notify the hospital that you require testing, and a Doylestown Hospital scheduler will call you with the time and day for the test.

All testing will occur in a drive-through area, the hospital said. Patients will remain in their vehicles. There will be signs to direct people to the testing area.

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to Noon

"Currently, patients may expect results of the testing in several days and are advised to stay home while awaiting results," the hospital said.
