Doylestown Man Charged With Assault, Strangulation
A Doylestown man faces a felony charge of strangulation, as well as a misdemeanor charge of simple assault.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — A Bucks County man faces felony assault charges following an incident at a home in Doylestown Borough.
Kevin John Forman, 57, faces a felony charge of strangulation, as well as a misdemeanor charge of simple assault.
The Central Bucks Regional Police Department responded to an abandoned 911 call from a home on the 100 block of N. Main St early Thursday morning.

A verbal argument at the home turned physical when Forman held the victim against the wall by the throat, causing the victim to pass out, police said. He then proceeded to kick and drag the victim around the room, authorities said.
Forman was arraigned Thursday morning and bail was set at $40,000. He was taken to Bucks County Jail and was unable to post bail, according to court documents.
