Doylestown Man Charged With Indecent Assault
The man was arrested in connection with an incident that took place at a rehabilitation center in Doylestown, police said.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — A Doylestown man turned himself in to police on Tuesday in connection with an incident that took place at a rehabilitation center in October, Central Bucks Regional Police said.
Walter Howard Burns, 53, is accused of having indecent contact with a person while they were sleeping at 3 a.m. on Oct. 3 at the Harborview Care & Rehab Center in Doylestown, according to police.
Burns was charged with two counts of misdemeanor indecent assault and arraigned before District Judge Mark Douple on $25,000 bail, which he later posted.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 21.
