Doylestown Supervisors To Discuss Hospital Zoning, Budgeting

DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Doylestown Township Board of Supervisors will be holding a Special Meeting and Budget Work Session tomorrow at 5 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Doylestown Township Municipal Building in the Community Meeting Room.
The special meeting will revolve around a Zoning Hearing Board for the Doylestown Hospital, which is requesting a variance for the property their building is on.
This meeting will be solely overseen by the Board of Supervisors.

The budget work session will take up the rest of the meeting. This will be overseen by both the Board of Supervisors and the Ways and Means Committee.
The costs and financial options for the Community Recreation Center will be the first piece of business the joint meeting will discuss.

The budget work session will also cover finances and spending plans for the Township for 2022-2026. This includes an update on capital and major spending, financial forecasts for the Tax Plan of the Township, and a five-year detail report.
The session will end with supervisor feedback and direction planning for the next budget work session, which is scheduled for Oct. 19.
