Dtown Insurance Wins Top Customer Retention Award

FURLONG, PA — Dtown Insurance - Doylestown's AAA insurance agency - has won first place with a 92.90 percent retention rate for auto and home insurance in the 2024 Top Agency Customer Retention Awards presented by CSAA Insurance Group.

This is the second consecutive year that Dtown Insurance placed first in the Entrepreneurial Agency channel. Only two agencies qualified for the 2024 Top Agency Retention Award - Steve Vinkler, second place, 92.9 percent, and David Matasovky, Forked River, N.J., with 91.2 percent.

To qualify, the agency had to achieve a combined (auto/home insurance) retention rate of over 90 percent. As a point of comparison, the industrywide personal lines insurance client retention rate is 84 percent.
