Questions
1. Why are you running for supervisor? If elected, what will you bring to the table?
I’m running because Doylestown Township deserves thoughtful, forward-thinking leadership that puts residents first, not politics or special interests. Doylestown is more than a place to live — it’s a connected, vibrant community with a strong identity. I want to help preserve what makes it special, while planning responsibly for the future. As a seasoned corporate operations professional, I bring over two decades of experience in managing budgets, driving efficiency, and leading teams to deliver measurable results. These are the same skills our township needs in a Supervisor.
If elected, I will: Fight out-of-control taxes and bring fiscal discipline to township budgeting, ensure balanced, common-sense development that preserves our open space and prevents overdevelopment, promote transparent, inclusive decision-making and genuine resident engagement and loead with a commitment to efficiency, accountability, and results.
I'm running to give back to the community I call home — and to help shape a Doylestown that works for all of us. I'm ready to listen, to lead, and to earn your trust and your vote.
2. What are your top issues and how do you plan to address them?
1. Tackle Out-of-Control Taxes. I will fight to stop unnecessary tax increases. Before spending taxpayer dollars on any non-essential or vanity projects, we must evaluate the township like a business. That means: strict oversight, clear priorities, and responsible, transparent budgeting.
2. Review and Rein In High-Density Housing. We must carefully evaluate all high-density proposals to ensure they align with the community’s needs, infrastructure capacity, and long-term planning. I will work to prevent overdevelopment that threatens our open space, increases traffic, and strains public services. Future development should be balanced, resident-driven, and consistent with the Township’s character and wildlife.
3. Smart Use of the New Recreation Center. This facility has great potential. I’ll advocate for a plan that helps the center generate revenue, supports community programming, and is accessible to all residents.
4. Support Community Safety & First Responders. Our police, firefighters and EMS deserve full support. I’ll work to ensure they have the resources, training, and equipment they need to serve effectively and safely.
3. What are your ideas for improving Doylestown Township?
- Fix the Roads First. Prioritize pothole repair and road maintenance to improve safety and reduce long-term costs. I’ll push for a clear, transparent road repair plan that ensures tax dollars are going toward essential infrastructure first.
- Build Community Unity. Host an annual “Unity in the Township” event to bring together residents of all backgrounds, ages, and beliefs. We may not all agree politically, but we all care deeply about our community.
- Inclusive Civic Engagement. I’ll actively encourage residents of all political parties and perspectives to serve on township committees. Local government works best when it reflects the diversity and values of the entire community.
Doylestown Township deserves leadership that puts residents — not politics — first. I will be a strong voice for stopping out-of-control taxes, fixing our roads and infrastructure, preventing irresponsible, high-density development, using your tax dollars wisely and transparently and protecting what makes Doylestown special. Let’s protect our hometown, respect taxpayers, and bring common sense back to local government.
