In addition, Embers has rolled out a brunch-themed craft cocktail list which includes a range of mimosas, bloody marys, sangrias, margaritas, and more. Autumn-lovers will enjoy the infused Old Fashioned, while others will be intrigued by the Smokehouse Bloody Mary, which is served with skewered pork belly, sriracha bacon, and pepper jack cheese.

“Scott and Alisha have worked their culinary magic with a menu that makes your head spin,” said Embers customer Megan Maerz. “My husband indulged in the Red Barn Skillet, named perfectly for the multiple meats atop tots in a large hot skillet. I chose The Burbs avocado toast. Best I have ever had! Their food is out of this world.”

With a combined restaurant work experience of nearly 70 years, co-owners Chef Scott Borghi and Alisha Riexinger have spent over a decade working side-by-side as a powerhouse team.

Since the opening of Embers in 2021, they have brought chef-driven barbeque, refreshing craft brew, and exceptional service to the Chalfont community.
