DOYLESTOWN, PA — Factory Donuts, a popular made-to-order donut shop opening in Doylestown, is hiring shift leaders, cashiers, and donut toppers.

Open interviews for the positions will be held this Saturday, Oct. 5 from noon to 3 p.m. at the shop in the Cross Keys Place Shopping Center, 4367 Swamp Road.

Factory Donuts' flagship location is in Philadelphia. A shop opened over the summer in nearby Newtown, Bucks County. The 1,400 square-foot store in Doylestown is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2019.

The shop offers creative made-to-order combinations, including maple bacon explosion, s'mores, cookies n' cream, french toast, and blueberry bake. See the full menu here.

Shift Managers/ Team Leaders are to have strong leaderships skills to effectively resolve conflict. Team Leaders are to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere to our customers while making sure customers are being served an amazing product. Team Leaders are to be enthusiastic in increasing sales and profits. Our Team Leaders will assist the General Manager and Franchise Owners with the day to day operations and ensure company standards are being followed.
Cashiers are to be knowledgeable in the menu and enthusiastic when greeting customers while guiding them through the ordering process. Duties may also include preparing and serving beverages. Cashiers will be trained on operating a sales terminal and are required to have basic math skills.
Donut Toppers will be responsible for reading orders, applying glazes and toppings to the donuts to ensure that the customer's order is fulfilled accurately. Our donut makers are to keep their workstations clean and have cheerful attitude when serving our customers.
