First Watch Brings New Breakfast, Lunch Spot To Doylestown
The new restaurant opens this week at the Barn Plaza with a chef-inspired menu and rotating seasonal offerings.

DOYLESTOWN, PA – First Watch, a made-to-order breakfast, brunch, and lunch spot, opens its first Bucks County location in Doylestown on Monday, Sept. 8 at 7 a.m.
Located at the Barn Plaza at 1745 South Easton Road, the new restaurant is bringing its chef-inspired menu and rotating seasonal offerings to the 3,900-square-foot space, which accommodates more than 150 people and features a covered patio and a bar.
According to First Watch, dishes are made to order using fresh ingredients in a kitchen without heat lamps, microwaves, or deep fryers.

In addition to familiar favorites like omelets and traditional dishes, First Watch’s diverse menu – available all day – includes innovative options such as Avocado Toast, Farmhouse Hash, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and its signature Million Dollar Bacon, as well as sandwiches and salads, including the Superfood Kale Salad.

To celebrate the opening, customers who dine in at Doylestown on Monday, September 8, through Friday, September 12, will receive unlimited Project Sunrise coffee with their meal.

According to the Florida-based chain, the Doylestown team will start each morning juicing fresh fruits and vegetables to make their signature fresh juices. First Watch also brews its socially responsible Project Sunrise coffee, sourced by women coffee farmers based in South America.
To celebrate the opening, customers who dine in at Doylestown on Monday, September 8, through Friday, September 12, will receive unlimited Project Sunrise coffee with their meal.
Five times a year, First Watch offers a revolving seasonal menu that follows the position of the sun to source fresh ingredients. The Doylestown restaurant will offer its first seasonal menu in the winter of 2025.
The Doylestown restaurant will employ approximately 30 people while operating on a one-shift-a-day, “No Night Shifts Ever” approach that enables its teams to enjoy their evenings and build a better quality of life. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply at careers.firstwatch.com .
