Freezing Overnight Temps Lead To 'Code Blue' In Bucks Thru Monday
A low temperature of nine degrees is forecasted for Friday night, leading to shelters opening over the weekend.
BUCKS COUNTY, PA — A Code Blue declaration will be in effect for Bucks County until Monday in response to extreme cold conditions.
Shelters in Upper, Central and Lower Bucks are set to open at 8:30 p.m. each day through the weekend.
Declarations were issued last week as well, due to temperatures that were some of the lowest the region has seen in the past three years.
