More than 140 organizations are collaborating to organize events across the nation to protest DOGE and Trump Administration policies.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Hundreds of protesters are expected to participate in a National "Hands Off" Mass Mobilization event on Saturday afternoon at the Bucks County Administration Building in Doylestown Borough.
More than 140 national organizations, including Indivisible, the League of Women Voters, Human Rights Campaign and the Service Employees International Union, are collaborating to organize a national mass mobilization of protestors who object to the "disruptive and damaging policies" of the Trump Administration.
For the Doylestown "Hand Off" event, hundreds will be gathering at 55 East Court Street in Doylestown to bring the national day of protest to Bucks County.

The event will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. and will include remarks by Doylestown Mayor Noni West, Democratic candidate for Sheriff Danny Ciesler, Democratic candidate for Recorder of Deeds Robin Robinson, and interim Dean of the College of New Jersey and former Central Bucks School Board member Tabitha DelAngelo.
“Our Philadelphia event is one part of a nationwide mobilization to stop the most brazen power grab in American history,” said Vicki Miller of Indivisible Philadelphia, the primary host organization for this event. “President Trump, his partner-in-destruction Elon Musk, and their billionaire cronies have orchestrated an all-out assault on our citizens, our government, our economy, and all our basic
rights — enabled by the Republican-led Congress every step of the way.”

"The Musk and Trump regime continues to attempt to assert their perceived dominance over We The People,” said Kadida Kenner, CEO of the New Pennsylvania Project. “They are attempting to disenfranchise voters with unnecessary burdens to the ballot, shuttering Social Security offices, firing essential workers, eliminating consumer protections, and gutting Medicaid. They are taking
these vicious steps to bankroll their billionaire tax scam and support their billionaire donors. The Trump regime is handing over our tax dollars, our public services, and our democracy to the ultra-rich. So we are gathering together in Philadelphia, the birthplace of American democracy, and other venues across the country to show that we won’t stand for their dismantling of our nation.”
"From increased costs for police equipment caused by the Trump tariffs, to reduced funding for municipalities because of Musk's DOGE cuts,” said Danny Ciesler, the Democratic candidate for Bucks County Sheriff, "there is no question that this administration's actions will hurt law enforcement in Bucks County and beyond.”
