If the property has been purchased by Swift, the self-made billionaire wouldn't be the first celebrity to own property in Bucks County.
Earlier this year, Hollywood director and actor Bradley Cooper purchased a 33-acre farm estate in Solebury for $6.5 million, according to a report in the New York Post.
Solebury is also home to Yolanda Hadid, the mother of supermodel Gigi Hadid, who has been best friends with Swift since 2014. The two have stuck together through thick and thin, according to an article in People Magazine.
